Facilities

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes. There are wall to wall wardrobes in both bedrooms offering an extensive hanging area (with hangers). There are 3 chest of drawers in each bedroom for extra storage (socks, smalls etc) in both bedrooms.An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience.

There are two terraces, both offering stunning views over the Costa del Sol and over to Africa. One is the main terrace of the lounge and the other is off the main bedroom

The apartment has two bathrooms; the first has toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle with a thermostat-controlled shower. The second, en-suite bathroom, is off of the main bedroom and has a washbasin, toilet, bidet and a thermostat-controlled shower over the bath.

There is a dining area with a large dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes; a fridge, conventional oven/hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, sandwich maker, juicer, and a multi-function microwave oven/grill.

The lounge is beautifully furnished with 2 two-seater settees and a large coffee table. Included is; a Sony Trinitron TV with the Sky TV, normal BBC1/BBC2 etc. All UK radio stations can be accessed via Sky. Also provided is Playstation 2 with numerous games but please feel free to take your own, a DVD/CD combination player is provided and this also has a surround sound system.

All linen, hand and bath towels are provided so no need to jam your cases full of beach towels.

There are 5 luxury sun loungers available, which can be used on either of the terraces or down at the poolside. All the sun loungers are the full reclining versions.

There is an inflatable bed that is available as an extra bed for the second bedroom. Set up is easy and quick using an electric pump.

Outdoor pool

The pool is surrounded with tropical gardens including an abundance of banana trees and lawns. There is private parking and the apartment is only a very short distance from the car park. There is a mini road train which can take you around the locality, and to parades of restaurants, shops and towards the beach.

2m deep and heated all year.

Shops

There is a small supermarket within walking distance or you can visit a larger supermarket in 'El Zoco'. There are 2 shopping malls within 10 miles, one in Fuengirola and Marbella.
