Terms and Conditions

Booking

On booking a 10% deposit is payable. The balance to be paid 1 month prior to departure.

Cancellation

As we offer our accommodation on a “Friends & Family” basis we have limited opportunity to recover our costs in the event of a cancellation and therefore the 10% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the notification period. If however, the cancelled booking can then be re-sold, the deposit will be refunded.
